The Best Decision You Could Ever Make!
Why Did Jesus Come?
Giving your life to Jesus changes everything. Jesus is the most loving, kind and gracious person you could ever know. He came to remove pains. He came to mend broken hearts. He came to give joy, peace, healing, salvation, and deliverance. He came to seek and save the lost.
HE DIDN'T COME TO JUDGE YOU!
HE DIDN'T COME TO FIND FAULT IN YOU!
He came to love you beyond what anyone could ever do. He came to give you a better life. He came to reveal who God is and to make us sons of God. No matter your past mistakes or your present fears, Jesus can give you a new life in Him. All you need to do is believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess with your mouth that he is the Lord of your life.
The Bible says this in Romans 10:9, “If you declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
This simple confession catapaults you into a new realm of living, a total brand new man, born of God and filled with divinity.
JOHN 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
Four Things God Wants You To Know
1. ALL MEN ARE SINNERS
Our human righteous is inadequate.
Romans 3:10
"As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one."
Who has sinned?
Romans 3:23
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
2. SIN SEPARATES US FROM GOD
God is a holy God whose eyes are to pure to behold sin and man's sins puts a barrier between him and God.
Isaiah 59:1-2
Behold, the LORD’S hand is not so short that it cannot save; nor is His ear so dull that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.
Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
3. WE CAN'T OVERCOME OUR SIN ALONE
God made a way, through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, that we may receive complete remission of our sins and receive the gift of righteouness unto eternal life.
John 3:16
"For God so loved (you) that He gave His only begotten son, that [If you] believe in Him (you] shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
Ephesians 2:8-9
"For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast."
4. THIS GIFT IS GUARANTEED. 100%
The gifts of righteousness and eternal life which are by Christ Jesus are 100% free and 100% guaranteed.
Romans 5:18
Therefore as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
1John 5:13
"These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life."
Do you have this assurance?
If you realize that you can never save yourself from your sin and that Jesus is the only way to be forgiven, call out to God in prayer to receive Salvation:
What Must I Do To Be Saved?
The Bible provides a clear answer. Here are the logical steps from God's Word on how to be saved.
"If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." (Romans 10:9-10)
BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART JESUS WAS RAISED FROM THE DEAD
The first thing God requires from you to be saved is to believe that Jesus not only died but that he was raised from the dead. Our salvation came not from His crucifixion but from His resurrection
CONFESS WITH YOUR MOUTH THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS OVER YOUR LIFE
The second thing God requires from you to be saved is to confess, profess, announce or declare with your own mouth that Jesus Christ is now the Lord of your life. Believing alone won't save you because the bible says even the devil believes and trembles but he is not saved because he will never confess Jesus as Lord because of his pride. But you can both believe God raised Jesus from the dead and also confess He is now your Lord and that confession is what catapults you into salvation. Romans 10:10b says "...with your mouth you confess and are saved."
My Decision
Dear Father, your word declares in Romans 10:9-10, that "If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
Therefore Father, I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for me and He was raised again from the dead for my justification. And now I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day forward. By faith I receive remissions of sins for my soul and by faith I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare now in the name of Jesus Christ that I am born again. I am child of God now. Thank you father for saving me. In Jesus name, Amen.
ROMANS 5:8
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
